Who we are

WebDevAgency.io is a web design and development agency for US businesses. It is operated by Web Development Agency LLC, a New York limited liability company, 140 W 48th St, New York, NY 10020. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Web Development Agency LLC (WebDevAgency.io). This policy covers this website and the quote forms on it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us in a quote form. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your current website (optional)
• Your phone number (optional)
• The type of project and the platform you are interested in
• Your budget range and timeline
• Any message you add (optional)

We also save the date and time you sent the form. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.

To protect the form from spam, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit how many requests can be sent in a short time. The IP address is not saved with your request. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use the details you send to:

• Read and answer your request
• Prepare a scope and a quote
• Follow up with you about that request
• Keep a record of the projects we discuss
• Protect the site and the form from spam and abuse

We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a quote form.

Cookies and similar tools

This website does not set cookies for visitors. The only cookie the site uses is a sign-in cookie for the site owner’s admin area. It is needed to keep the owner signed in and expires after eight hours.

Our fonts and scripts are stored on our own server. Loading a page does not send requests to other companies, such as font or ad networks.

Analytics

We do not use analytics or tracking tools on this website today.

We may add tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Google Search Console later. Before we turn any of them on, we will update this section to name each tool, explain what it collects and tell you how to opt out.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other companies for advertising.

We may share it only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us run this website, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, once connected, our email provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
• If our business is sold or reorganized, as part of that change. This policy would still apply to your information.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as a booking page or the platforms we build on. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your request as long as needed to answer and manage it. When we no longer need it, we delete it, unless we need to keep a record for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

How we protect it

Requests are stored in a private admin inbox in a database run by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Only the site owner can sign in, using an email address and password. The site uses HTTPS, so your details are encrypted on the way to our server.

No website or storage system is completely secure. If you think your information is at risk, please contact us right away.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, for example in California, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it
• Get a copy of that information
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell or share it for advertising.
• Be treated the same way if you use any of these rights

To make a request, email us at hello@webdevagency.io or use the contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it. You can also ask someone you trust to make the request for you, with your written permission. We will reply within the time the law requires.

Do Not Track and privacy signals

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not track visitors today, there is nothing for these signals to turn off. If we add analytics, we will explain here how we handle them.

Children’s privacy

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or our tools change. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is important, we will make it clear on this page.
